1. The Short & Simple Agreement

When you purchase and download any toolkit, template bundle, spreadsheet, or operating procedure from Opswell ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to these terms. We keep our rules straightforward and fair: you pay once, you get full commercial access for your agency, and there are zero recurring fees or hidden surprises.

2. What You Can Do (Your License)

Your purchase grants your agency a perpetual, non-exclusive commercial license to use and adapt our materials:

• Customize freely: Replace placeholders with your agency name, logo, contact info, and state-specific policies.
• Everyday use: Print copies for caregivers, intake packets for clients, and logs for state licensing surveyors.
• Secure internal storage: Save and organize the files across your company Google Drive, OneDrive, or local office server.

3. What You Cannot Do

To protect the work that goes into our toolkits, we ask that you respect one essential boundary: please do not resell, sub-license, or redistribute our master files to third parties, competing agencies, or public repositories. Each purchase covers one agency business.

4. One-Time Payment, Zero Subscriptions

Every Opswell toolkit is sold as an outright, one-time purchase. We will never charge your card on a recurring schedule, demand annual renewal fees, or lock you out of files you have already downloaded.

5. Instant Delivery

Digital files are delivered immediately upon checkout. You'll receive instant download access on screen and via a confirmation email containing the complete ZIP archive. If you have any issue receiving your files, email us and we’ll send them to you directly.

6. Practical Operations, Not Legal Advice

Opswell provides battle-tested administrative frameworks and operational templates designed as a practical foundation. We are not a law firm or licensed healthcare provider, and our materials do not substitute for formal legal, clinical, or financial advice. You remain responsible for ensuring your completed paperwork aligns with your local state regulations and payer requirements.
